For Managers: Virtual Celebration Ideas
| As we near the holiday season, we understand the desire to come together as groups or departments to celebrate. However, we must remain diligent in our fight against COVID-19, so we ask that you continue to socially distance and abstain from having group gatherings or potlucks this holiday season.
With that being said, we know how important it is to stay engaged and celebrate our employees, which is why we have added a new feature, Virtual Team Activities, to our Manager Recognition Toolkit.
There are multiple holiday activities or ways to come together virtually for some light-hearted fun as well as more ways that you can virtually engage your staff moving forward after the holidays. This website is continuously updated so please check back for more ideas in the near future.
