Video of ‘Compassionomics’ Presentation Available through May

Trzeciak is a physician scientist, professor and chair of medicine at Cooper Medical School of Rowan University and the chief of medicine at Cooper University Health Care in Camden, New Jersey. He is a practicing specialist in intensive care medicine and a National Institutes of Health (NIH)-funded clinical researcher with more than 100 publications.

The book, which was published in May 2019, proves with data and examples that compassion can make a significant difference in both patient outcomes and the well-being of healthcare providers. In addition to data presented in the book, Trzeciak will also talk about the effect of compassion during the COVID pandemic.
