Free Health Seminar, Dinner for Baby Boomers Thurs., Nov. 14, at UAMS

LITTLE ROCK – The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) will sponsor a free seminar, “Healthy, Wealthy & Wise: Boomer Edition,” Thursday, Nov. 14, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. The seminar will be in the Jo Ellen Ford Auditorium in the Donald W. Reynolds Center on Aging at UAMS in Little Rock.

The seminar for “baby boomers,” persons ages 37 to 56 years, will include several speakers, a book signing, exhibits, blood pressure screenings and dinner by the Little Rock caterer Cordell’s. Seating is limited. Reservations must be made by Friday, Nov. 8, by calling (501) 686-6363 or e-mailing seniorlife@uams.edu.
