UAMS Expert to Discuss Chronic Ear Infection, Hearing Loss Oct. 21 in Jonesboro

JONESBORO – Christopher J. Danner, M.D., of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) will discuss “Chronic Ear Infection and Hearing Loss” at noon Tuesday, Oct. 21. The lecture at the UAMS Area Health Education Center (AHEC) – Northeast, 223 E. Jackson St., will be for medical professionals only. Danner is assistant professor of otolaryngology/head and neck surgery at UAMS. He received his medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham and completed a general surgery internship and an otolaryngology/head and neck surgery residency at UAMS. He served a fellowship in neurotology/skull-base surgery and was a clinical instructor of otolaryngology/head and neck surgery at the University of California at San Diego. Danner currently sees patients in the ENT Clinic in the new Jackson T. Stephens Spine and Neurosciences Institute at UAMS.
