UAMS Neurologist to Discuss Detoxification March 31 in Mountain Home
| MOUNTAIN HOME – Sarkis M. Nazarian, M.D., an associate professor of neurology and ophthalmology in the College of Medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, will discuss “Acute Detoxification of Alcohol-Dependent Patients” at noon Wednesday, March 31, in Mountain Home, Ark.

Nazarian received his medical degree from the University of Illinois. He completed an internal medicine residency at Baylor College of Medicine Affiliated Hospitals in Houston and a neurology residency at Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, Conn. He served a neuro-ophthalmology fellowship at Willis Eye Hospital in Philadelphia.
