Retina Specialist Bradley Hughes Joins UAMS Faculty

LITTLE ROCK – Bradley Hughes, M.D., has joined the College of Medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) as an assistant professor in the Department of Ophthalmology.


 


A fellowship-trained retina specialist, Hughes will see patients at the Harvey and Bernice Jones Eye Institute at UAMS and at Arkansas Children’s Hospital.


 


Hughes received his medical degree in 2000 from UAMS and served his residency at the Jones Eye Institute. He recently completed a surgical/medical retina fellowship in the Department of Ophthalmology at West Virginia University in Morgantown, W.Va.


 


Hughes is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society.
