Racial, Ethnic Health Disparities Expert to Speak at UAMS
| LITTLE ROCK – Thomas LaVeist, Ph.D., a nationally known professor, author and public speaker, will speak on racial and ethnic health disparities May 2 at the LaVeist, who is director of the Center for Health Disparities Solutions at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, will speak at 4 p.m. in UAMS’ Fay W. Boozman College of Public Health. The lecture is free and open to public.
