Prior to joining the Department of Athletics, Conque was manager of donor relations in the UALR Development Office.

At UAMS, Conque will work with College of Medicine department chairs and faculty to raise private support for the college.

Conque earned a degree in finance from the University of Central Arkansas and a Master of Business Administration at UALR.
