UAMS Sets SeniorNet June Computer Classes for People 50 and Up

Computer classes and workshops begin June 1. They are:

  • Fundamentals for Beginners, Mondays and Wednesdays, 10 a.m. to noon.
  • Tips and Tricks for the iPhone and iPad, June 1, 3 and 5, 1:30-3 p.m.
  • Using Overdrive to Download Library Books on the iPad, June 18, 9:30-11:30 a.m.
  • Introduction to Computers, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1-3 p.m.

The cost for classes is $45, and student manuals are $15. The two workshops are $20 each. The program is administered by SeniorNet, a nonprofit volunteer group. Classes are in Room 2156 at the UAMS Institute on Aging, 629 Jack Stephens Drive, Little Rock.
