Schmieding Program to Celebrate National Caregiver Appreciation Day Nov. 9

Oct. 17, 2016 | Oct. 17, 2016 | The Schmieding Home Caregiver Training Program of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) will celebrate National Caregiver Appreciation Day from 8 a.m. – noon Nov. 9 at the West Central Center on Aging Office, 512 S. 16^th St.

The celebration will start with a breakfast. Attendees then can visit caregiver learning stations, pick up educational handouts and learn about caregiver support groups. Door prizes will be awarded to some attendees.

No registration is required.
