UAMS Sets SeniorNet November Computer Classes for People 50 and Up

Classes begin Nov. 1. The schedule is:

  • Fundamentals for Beginners, Tuesdays and Thursdays, Nov. 1-29, 10 a.m.-noon.
  • Introduction to Computers, Tuesdays and Thursdays, Nov. 1-29, 1-3 p.m.
  • Google Photos, Nov. 7 & 9, 9:30-11:30 a.m.
  • Microsoft Word Mail Merge, Nov. 7 & 9, 1-3 p.m.

Course fees for 16 hours of instruction are $45 and manuals are $15. The cost for workshops varies depending on the number and length of classes. The program is administered by SeniorNet, a nonprofit volunteer group. Classes are in Room 2156 at the UAMS Institute on Aging, 629 Jack Stephens Drive, Little Rock.
