Chancellor Cam Patterson, M.D., MBA, recognizes October MVP Caitlin Mallinger.

Caitlin is a physical therapist in Outpatient Rehabilitation who was nominated by one of her patients.

“Caitlin worked with me patiently as I navigated the therapy process, always being keenly aware of what I was and wasn’t capable of. She not only helped me “get back on my feet” in a physical way, she had an uncanny ability to know when I needed additional emotional support. She is kind, capable, and professional — a person who is a credit to the UAMS system. She is why I drove from Conway to Little Rock two to three times a week during my recovery and therapy. She is indeed remarkable.”
