Please register in MyCompass in advance for each meeting you’d like to attend.

This course introduces the Trust Builders, actions we can take to build and sustain trusting relationships, as well as common Trust Breakers that can quickly erode or break trust. Applying these skills to build trusting relationships enables people to take risks, identify and solve problems, and collaborate to achieve results. |

DiSC is non-judgmental tool that helps people become aware of and discuss their behavioral differences. In this short online workshop you will learn to work more effectively with others. Through personal insights into their own behavioral strengths and challenges, participants in DiSC trainings learn to better relate to others. This workshop provides an overview of the styles and does not include the validated assessment. Reported benefits of DiSC:
