“She has worked long hours and is always supportive of her staff. She goes above and beyond to ensure that her staff is happy and will help patients get questions answered and supply resources. She helped coordinate with social services so we stocked food boxes for those that came through drive-thru and had food issues.”

“She helped us get a break room so that the staff had a place outside of the garage to get away and eat for a few minutes in air conditioning versus the hot environment of the garage. She prioritizes the need of her staff and patients.”

“She helped coordination with mobile triage, which has expanded our community outreach increasing UAMS presence. She is a mentor who is always willing to help mold other staff members into leaders.”
