Change Practitioner Course (3 Day):

Course Objective:

Participants will be equipped with Prosci’s research-based change management methodology and tools including the Prosci 3-Phase Process, Prosci ADKAR® Model, and Practitioner eToolkit in order to develop scaled and adaptable change management strategies for projects and initiatives.

Intended Audience:

Employees who are responsible for managing change on specific projects or initiatives or those responsible for building an organizational change management competency. In this class, you will utilize one of your actual projects or initiatives to both learn the change management methodology and start creating a customized change plan for that project.

Cost:
$1250 per Participant

Explanation of Cost:

UAMS does not charge for the instruction of the course, but UAMS must purchase the copyrighted course material for each participant. The cost also covers the 1 year subscription to Prosci’s Practitioner etoolkit which gives you access to change management templates, videos, checklists, assessments, and many more tools to help ensure successful change management throughout your projects.

Leading Your Team Through Change (1 Day):

Course Objective:
Prosci’s Leading Your Team Though Change Program creates transformational experiences that empower individuals to succeed in change. Managers will learn how to prepare themselves for change, through a series of activities; and they will learn how to lead their team though change by embodying each of the Leader’s roles during change. By the end of this course, participants will be able to Understand foundational change concepts, understand best practice research data apply the Prosci ADKAR Model to facilitate individual change and understand how to lead their team though change by embodying the CLARC roles (Communicator, Liaison, Advocate, Resistance Manager, and Coach).

Intended Audience:
This workshop is perfect for anyone who manages employees, from front-line supervisors to middle managers to senior directors. The workshop is not intended for change practitioners or project managers responsible for building change management plans.

$360 per Participant

Front Line Employee Survival Guide to Change (1 Day):

The Change Management Orientation for Employees is intended to help employees engage in the change process. Participants will gain a feeling of control over the change process, learn the concepts of change management, understand how to use the Prosci ADKAR® Model as a change tool and engage in the changes currently underway within their organization.

Intended Audience:
The program is designed for front-line employees impacted by change.

$99 per Participant
