Pyxis Supply Station Requests Added to Supply Chain Portal

| Starting on Tuesday, Aug. 31, at about 4 p.m., the UAMS Supply Chain portal is adding a way to report and track anything related to Pyxis Supply Stations. The result of this change is no more email, text and telephone traffic and adding a way to track your requests.

The following

  • Add/remove an existing item from a Pyxis Supply Station
    • Use this to request an existing item or remove an existing item from a Pyxis Supply Station.
  • Report a Pyxis Supply Station issue
    • Are you having difficulty with a particular Pyxis Supply Station? Is a door broken or a button not working? Do you have a problem with patent charges or is it something else?
  • Request/change access to a Pyxis Supply Station
    • Request access to a Pyxis Supply Station or change your existing access.
