Naomi Elliott
| Meet Naomi Elliott, the MVP for February. Naomi serves a case manager in the UAMS Psychiatric Research Institute. In the course of her work, she puts into practice the UAMS culture of being polite, friendly, respectful, thoughtful, optimistic and compassionate. Please read what one of her nominators wrote about how she does that:
Naomi always goes above and beyond for patients on the unit and will often be one step ahead in providing follow up care. Naomi makes a difference every day for women who are on the unit and are often at one of the most difficult and vulnerable times of their lives. She provides resources to help them outside of the hospital and is willing to go the extra mile to get the best plans for her patients. She is one of the most valuable assets of the Women’s Unit at PRI.
The university will recognize Naomi in several ways as this month’s MVP. Look for her photo on the Employee Appreciation Wall outside the Chancellor’s Suite in the Central Building. A Faces of UAMS video will feature her, and she will receive some great UAMS swag. At one of Chancellor Cam Patterson’s cabinet meetings, he will present to Naomi a certificate and monetary award as well as honor her and other awardees at the year-end MVP luncheon.

Please congratulate Naomi for being the MVP of the Month!
