MVP for August — Samantha Ketcher
| Meet Samantha Ketcher, the MVP for August. Ketcher serves as the Graduate Medical Education program manager in the UAMS College of Medicine’s Department of Otolaryngology. In the course of her work, she puts into practice the UAMS culture of being polite, friendly, respectful, thoughtful, optimistic and compassionate. Please read what one of her nominators wrote about how he does that:
Since joining our team just under a year ago, Sam has made a huge impact in her role. Sam has brought heart, professionalism, and a true sense of community to our program. I can’t think of anyone more deserving of this recognition. She truly cares about the well-being of our residents, not just professionally, but personally. She consistently goes above and beyond to support our residents.
UAMS will recognize Samantha in several ways as this month’s MVP. Look for her photo on the Employee Appreciation Wall outside the Chancellor’s Suite in the Central Building. A Faces of UAMS video will feature her, and UAMS will honor her and other awardees at the year-end MVP luncheon.
