UAMS Hires Gina Seabaugh, RN, as Executive Director of Physician Relations
| LITTLE ROCK — The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) hired Gina Seabaugh, RN, as the executive director of physician relations.
She and her team are responsible for serving as liaisons between UAMS physicians and community providers. They assist with referrals and ensure that community providers know the services that UAMS offers.
“Mrs. Seabaugh is known for driving exceptional revenue growth and building strategic, long-term physician relationships across the system,” said C. Lowry Barnes, M.D., interim chancellor and professor and chair of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Rehabilitation. “With over 20 years of experience in sales leadership, she specializes in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that consistently exceed performance targets.”
Seabaugh previously held the role of executive director of physician relations for CHI St. Vincent. She directly managed a team of sales representatives providing strategy and coaching designed to achieve growth goals.
