New Online HCP Screening Process Starts for Employees and Non-Employees on Sept. 14

Please note that new employees and non-employees will provide initial TB testing/screening information as part of the existing pre-enrollment medical examination form.

There will be a phased rollout for existing employees and non-employees, according to these dates:

  • September 14, 2020 – ICE
  • October 5, 2020 – College of Medicine (COM)
  • October 26, 2020 – The rest of the campus

Starting Monday, Sept. 14, employees and non-employees who are past due and those within 60 days of their annual TB testing due date will receive notification emails from MyCompass directing them to complete the Annual TB Education and TB/Medical Questionnaire online. Links to those items will be provided in the automated email notifications. Once individuals complete their education and questionnaire, SEHS Clinic staff will review their submitted electronic forms and complete their medical clearance for the following year, as appropriate.

Annual HCP Screening is required for all UAMS employees and non-employees. Non-compliance can result in disciplinary action. If you have any problems accessing the training, please call the IT Help Desk at 501-686-8555.
