Clement Aladesofi
| Meet Clement Aladesofi, the MVP for July. Clement serves UAMS as a patient care technician on H9 of the Medical Center. In the course of his work, he puts into practice the UAMS values of integrity, respect, diversity and health equity, teamwork, creativity, excellence and safety. Please read what his nominator wrote about how he does that:
Clement stands as a shining example of unwavering commitment and genuine care. He always has a smile on his face, and his face beams with joy, every time you see him. It’s evident that Clement, sees his work not just as a job, but as a calling to serve others with compassion.
Clement left a lasting impact, not just through his exemplary skills as a healthcare professional, but through the depth of his humanity and the sincerity of his care. His dedication to his patients is truly inspiring and serves as a beacon of hope through trying times.
If I listed all the great things about Clement, it would be the prototype, and manual, for UAMS to teach Techs and RNs. His job is hard, RN jobs are hard, support staff, and administrations jobs are hard. However, Clement comes in when staff is short, and he stays late when staff is late. But through it all, I have never once heard him complain about anything… ever!
It is my sincere belief that Clement is more than deserving of this recognition for his exceptional service, and unwavering commitment to the well-being of his patients. His kindness, empathy, and dedication, embody the values of UAMS, or any major medical center in the United States, and serves as a testament to the profound impact that one individual can make in the lives of others.
UAMS will recognize Clement in several ways as this month’s MVP. Look for his photo on the Employee Appreciation Wall outside the Chancellor’s Suite in the Central Building. He will receive free parking for a month in any of the parking decks. A Faces of UAMS video will feature him, and UAMS have given him some great UAMS swag. At one of the chancellor’s cabinet meetings, Clement receive a certificate and monetary award, and the university will honor him and other awardees at the year-end MVP luncheon.
