Stowe, who earned her bachelor’s and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from the University of Kentucky, said she was “deeply honored and humbled” by the recognition.

“My time at the University of Kentucky helped shape the foundation of my career and instilled in me a lifelong commitment to pharmacy education, patient care, leadership, and service to the profession,” Stowe said. “This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the impact of a community that believed in me, challenged me, and helped me grow both personally and professionally. I am forever grateful for this recognition.”

Stowe received the award at a ceremony in Lexington, Kentucky, on April 17. She thanked family members and friends as well as the mentors, colleagues, students, and trainees who have influenced and inspired her throughout her career.
