UAMS Health App Launches, Provides New Connections

UAMS patients, their families and guests can now experience the digital equivalent of walking up to an on-campus information desk and asking for help when they use the new UAMS Health smart phone app. Launched earlier this month and now available for download on Apple and Android phones, the UAMS Department of Information Technology developed the app.

UAMS Holiday Celebration Gains Efficiency While Bringing Cheer

At this year’s Holiday Celebration on Dec. 16, 5,568 people came through the cafeteria line for a no-cost-to-them holiday lunch.

Smiling faces and the satisfied appetites of thousands of members of Team UAMS showed that university organizers have learned how to efficiently and cheerfully serve holiday meals to about 10,000 employees.
