UAMS Receives $500,000 in Gifts For Fight Against Neurological Diseases

UAMS Receives Awards for Energy Efficiency, Cost Savings
Aug. 11, 2010 | The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) Residence Hall that opened in 2006 has the highest score for energy efficiency of any residence hall in the nation. In addition, the UAMS campus added more than 1 million square feet in construction the last two years and still lowered its energy consumption per square foot by 20 percent.

College of Medicine Presents White Coats to Incoming Students
Aug. 9, 2010 | The 174 students in the College of Medicine Class of 2014 at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) took their first steps toward becoming physicians when they received their brand-new white physician coats in an Aug. 6 ceremony.
$3.6 Million Grant Awarded to Study Decisions of Drug Users
