Bacon Throwdown Raises Money for Patient Fund

Oct. 9, 2013 | The first Rock Town Bacon Throwdown at War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock featured 10 local professional chefs all serving samples of dishes that included bacon as an ingredient. Proceeds from the event, hosted by the UAMS Medical Center Auxiliary’s Aux Crew of young professionals, will go to the UAMS Patient Support Fund.
