At UAMS, our Office of Communications & Marketing is a full-service news office, available 24 hours a day to respond to inquiries from members of the news media. Our highly skilled staff members help reporters, producers and editors identify the best sources for your breaking stories about health care, medical education, research and health policies. Our services include setting up interviews in addition to providing news releases, video B-roll, photographs and other information. As the only academic medical center in Arkansas, we have ready access to the state’s largest group of experts on any medical subject to meet your tight deadlines. If you need medical story ideas, our staff is available to work with you to develop your story.
