LITTLE ROCK — More than 140 stores in central Arkansas and more than 60 stores in northwest Arkansas will offer discounts on their merchandise Oct. 25 through Nov. 2 as part of Partners Card, a fundraising project of the volunteer auxiliary of the Winthrop P.
