UAMS Psychiatry Opens Inpatient Teaching Unit for Children

LITTLE ROCK – The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) has opened a new inpatient teaching psychiatric unit in partnership with Methodist Behavioral Hospital in Maumelle to offer the latest treatments for children and adolescents needing psychiatric care as well as provide a training unit for men¬tal health professionals in Arkansas.

He received the award for serving as an example of high achievement among pharmacists and for serving with great distinction during his pharmacy career.
