Grant Will Fund Service Learning Opportunities for Nursing Students

The grant will purchase equipment to use in service learning opportunities staffed by UAMS College of Nursing students, such as the assortment of diagnostic devices laid out here to provide physicals for Special Olympics athletes at Medfest in 2019.

The UAMS College of Nursing has received a grant of more than $20,000 from the Gertrude E. Skelley Charitable Foundation to support undergraduate and graduate students in service learning opportunities.
