Flu Shot Clinics for UAMS Employees and Students

It is that time again – time to get your flu shot! Flu vaccinations are mandatory for all UAMS employees, non-employees and students. The deadline to receive your vaccination is Nov. 14.

Sept. 6, 2018 | The UAMS College of Nursing and College of Pharmacy welcomed nursing and pharmacy students from the Kaohsiung Medical University in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan, to campus in August for a four-week, study-abroad opportunity.

Summer Camps, Workshops Enrich Students of All Ages, Backgrounds

The Junior STEM Academy immersed students in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) topics in health and other sciences.

Whether an undergraduate student looking for extra prep for medical school entrance exams, a young learner from an underprivileged or underrepresented background or a high school student wanting to spend the summer conducting research, chances are there was a camp or workshop available through the UAMS Center for Diversity Affairs.
