UAMS Honors Pryor With Bumpers Award
April 2, 2012 | U.S. Sen. Mark Pryor today was awarded the Dale Bumpers AHEC (Area Health Education Center) Leadership Award for his efforts to sustain federal funding for the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) AHEC Program, which trains medical residents and provides clinical care and health education services around the state.

Bridge, Sculptures Dedicated at Reynolds Institute on Aging
March 29, 2012 | The UAMS Donald W. Reynolds Institute on Aging and the Donald W. Reynolds Foundation today dedicated a new pedestrian bridge at UAMS in honor of John V. Schlereth, of Little Rock, a former Reynolds Foundation trustee and a past chair of the UAMS Foundation Fund Board.
UAMS, Pulaski County Part of National Study Showing 23-Percent Increase in Autism Rates
LITTLE ROCK – Autism rates increased 23 percent from 2006 to 2008 according to a study released today by the national Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in which the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) participated.

She is director of development for major gifts for the Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute Foundation at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS).</span>
