PET Centers, Hospitals Across State Join with UAMS to Bring Medical Cyclotron, Needed Isotopes to Arkansas Baptist Health, St. Bernard’s, St. Joseph’s PET Among Partners
<p class=”content”><span style=”font-size: 13px; font-family: arial;”>Arkansas physicians and hospitals that currently must go out of state to buy isotopes necessary for Positron Emission Tomography (PET) scanning, will soon have access to those isotopes in-state, thanks to a new facility at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS).</span> </p>
